About MyQA

“MyQA” (the “Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital learning product of Bitadept LLP that provides mock tests, study tools (including an FSRS review scheduler), analytics, and related features to help people in India prepare for government and competitive examinations. Access and use of MyQA are governed by these Terms.

Eligibility & Territory

The Service is intended primarily for users in India. If you access from outside India, you do so on your own initiative and must comply with local laws. You must be 18+ to contract; if you are 13–17, you must use the Service only with verifiable parental/guardian consent and under their supervision. You must have capacity to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and not be barred by any applicable laws.

Account Registration & Security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (e.g., name, email, billing details). You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@myqa.in of any suspected unauthorized use or security breach. Impersonation, using another person’s account, or misrepresentation is prohibited.

Scope of Services

MyQA provides digital educational content (e.g., mock questions, explanations, schedules, insights) and associated software features for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. We may add, modify, or remove features or content at any time to reflect syllabus changes, quality improvements, or legal/operational needs. Exam disclaimer: MyQA is not affiliated with any exam authority; formats and syllabi change. We do not guarantee alignment with any official exam or any exam outcome.

Future Use of AI & Current Automated Features

We either use or may in the future use artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning to power features such as question generation, answer explanations, difficulty calibration, personalization, cheating-prevention, summarization, or recommendations. Important notices about AI features: No professional advice: AI outputs are informational only. Do not treat them as official exam guidance, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Potential inaccuracies/bias: AI may be incorrect, incomplete, or biased. Review critically and verify using authoritative sources. User responsibility: You are responsible for how you use AI outputs; do not rely on them as the sole basis for important decisions. Transparency & updates: When AI features materially affect how content is delivered or personalized, we will disclose this in-product and update these Terms/Privacy Policy as needed. Human in the loop: Where feasible, AI outputs are subject to human-curated guidelines or evaluation, but not necessarily human review of each item. Model improvement: We may use de-identified and aggregated usage/learning data to improve algorithms and quality. Where required by law, we will seek consent or provide opt-out mechanisms.

Academic Integrity & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: Use MyQA to cheat, obtain unfair advantage, or violate any exam or institutional rules. Reverse engineer, scrape, spider, or bulk-download content or attempt to circumvent access controls. Upload malware, spam, or harmful code; interfere with networks or other users. Harass, defame, or discriminate; post unlawful, infringing, or obscene content. Commercially exploit, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service or content without prior written permission.

User Content & License

If you upload or submit content (e.g., notes, doubts, messages, feedback), you grant Bitadept LLP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display such content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service (including AI processing as stated above). You represent you have the necessary rights to your submissions and that they do not infringe third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

MyQA (including all questions, explanations, schedules, text, software, UI, graphics, trademarks, and logos) is protected by IP laws and owned by Bitadept LLP or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal exam preparation. Any use beyond this license (copying, public display, distribution, derivative works) requires express written permission.

Payments, Taxes & No-Refund Policy

Fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) via approved third-party payment gateways. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected method for all fees due. All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations once access is granted to digital content. Prices may change prospectively. Displayed prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. You are responsible for any GST or other applicable taxes not collected.

Third-Party Services

We rely on third parties for payments, hosting, analytics, content delivery, communications, and potentially AI model providers or infrastructure. Each third party’s terms and privacy practices apply to their services; we are not responsible for their acts/omissions. We implement contractual and technical measures appropriate to the risk, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.

MyQA does not guarantee any exam results, selection, grades, or outcomes. Content and AI outputs may contain errors or omissions; use at your own risk and verify with authoritative sources. MyQA is not a provider of professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Bitadept LLP, its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity. Our aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Bitadept LLP and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your misuse of the Service or AI features, (b) your content, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud/abuse, created risk or possible legal exposure, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemic/pandemic, strikes, internet backbone failures, third-party outages, or governmental actions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email to your registered address. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kozhikode, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from or in connection with the Service.
